Candice Parnell - Owner & Stylist
Candice has always had a love for hair and makeup. In 2006, she turned her passion into a career. In 2017, Candice became the new owner of Jane Salon. She has seized the opportunity and has had fun making the salon her own ever since. In 2018, she was selected to attend the first KEVIN.MURPHY Session.Salon program in Northern California. Upon graduating, she made JANE salon the first Session.Salon in Sacramento. Candice specializes in haircutting, coloring, and styling. She believes hair is a reflection of each person’s unique style and personality and takes privilege in enhancing her clients individuality each day!

Oscar Wong - Stylist & Education Manager
Oscar began his hair journey in 2010 while he was still in high school. He started as a receptionist and as he learned more about the art of hair, his passion deepened. He soon earned this license after he graduated and in 2015, became a color educator for COLOR.ME by KEVIN.MURPHY.
Oscar believes hair is like an artist’s canvas that can change a person’s appearance and how they feel about themselves. He strives to bring out the beauty within each of his clients! His specialties are in color and blending. He believes that there is no limit to what you can learn, especially in the world of hair and fashion. He continues to pursue his education to stay on top of today’s hair trends.

Megan Milliken - Stylist
Megan graduated from Federico Beauty College in 2003 and after attending the Bumble and Bumble University in 2006, she furthered her career as a stylist, manager, and network educator. She stays motivated and passionate by continuing her education and staying current on the latest trends and styles. Megan's passion is hair color. She loves it all; from formulating the exact color desired, to creating the technique that is suited for each individual client. She believes that hair styling is an art, and feels incredibly blessed to do what she loves and to work in such an inspiring salon! She continues to learn and grow everyday to gain the trust of new client, while keeping her loyal clientele feeling beautiful and confident!
